No, you are not required to purchase renter's insurance, but we highly recommend it for your peace of mind!
Currently, all utilities are the resident's responsibility, so they’re not included in your rent.
Setting up utilities is simple! For electricity, you’ll want to contact Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative. For all other utilities such as water and trash those are managed through Conservice, and they’ll be applied to your ledger.
Residents have the choice of their preferred provider for internet and cable services.

In our one-bedroom units, we provide shared laundry facilities on-site. However, our two- and three-bedroom units come equipped with in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience!
